Title	Pointstore gambling, non-OCF users
Description	Errors will be returned when trying to gamble.
Affects	non-OCF users with the point store enabled
Fix	In `sources/hooks/modules/pointstore/gambling.php`, replace both instances of: `\|\| (get_forum_type()!='ocf')` with blank (i.e. strip them).
