Network World is a weekly IT publication that provides news and information to network executives. It was started in 1986 as a spin-off of Computer World.

The article also apeared Here on The Industry Standard, The Industry Standard is a technology news website. It is a revival of a weekly magazine based in San Francisco which began publication in the spring of 1998.
